Week 27: An Engaging Time in Tucson

On Friday, my partner, Gretta, who I've talked about in other blog posts, arrived in Phoenix for a spring break week in Tucson. And this weekend we got engaged! Now begins a season of celebration and planning.

Thanks to my housemates for helping make this a special weekend for us by taking pictures and making a special dessert to celebrate!

This weekend already we've done some hiking in Saguaro National Park and gone downtown for food and shopping on 4th Ave. Gretta will be here until Thursday morning so I'll be taking some time off of work to spend with her and explore Tucson together. I'll have more stories and adventures to post next week, too!

In other news, we finished another puzzle this week that actually came with an extra piece! The universe has a sense of balance, I suppose.
