Week 14: 100 Days in Tucson

Writer's picture: Cade FisherCade Fisher

Today (Saturday, December 3rd) marks my 100th day in the Southwest. I started taking a once second video every day with an app that puts them together into a video. The app is called "1SE" (one second everyday). Here's what I have so far:

I've enjoyed making this video because it captures not only the special moments but the more mundane bits of my time here, too.

The orange tree in our backyard has been producing a lot of great fruit! This week I've been working from home, quarantining per the Florence Project's COVID-19 guidelines. Working from home, not having my daily bike commute, has been challenging at times. But, having a fresh orange off of the tree every day for an afternoon snack has been a great bright spot. And we managed to keep COVID at bay in our household!

I tried to take a panorama to get all sides of the tree but I didn't quite make it all the way around
